n8n News Bot is a private news publishing automation operated by its owner. It connects to Google Sheets with the operator's authorization to retrieve news records and update their publication status.
The application accesses spreadsheet content required for the publishing workflow, such as news titles, article links, and publication status. The exact information accessed depends on the spreadsheets the operator authorizes.
Spreadsheet data is used to select and prepare news posts and to record publishing results. Selected news content is processed by the workflow's configured AI service and published to a Telegram channel. This application does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Authorization credentials and workflow execution data are handled by the operator's n8n environment and its configured service providers. Access should be restricted to the operator and protected using appropriate account and server security controls.
Spreadsheet records remain in the operator's Google Sheet until changed or deleted by the operator. Workflow execution logs and other stored data are subject to the operator's n8n retention settings. The operator can remove stored workflow data and revoke access through their Google Account permissions.
Google authorization can be revoked at Google Account — Third-party connections. Revoking access stops future authorized Google Sheets operations until reauthorization.
